Pete Tong & Annie Mac are both huge fans - both consistently supporting previous releases, and he is now also Get Physical founder and renowned DJ and producer DJ T.’s go-to studio partner. Here, The Berlin-based producer makes a return to DFTD with the two track ‘Your Body EP’.
Satie’s latest EP defies house music’s sub-genre boundaries. Title track ‘Your Body’ is a percussion-heavy record with jacking drums and subtle acid house undertones that combine to create a potent dancefloor bomb. ‘Farewell’ treads deeper, more emotionally rich territory, treading the fine line between deep and tech with aplomb, capping off yet another assured release from this future star.
