The Garden Festival Croatia 2014 - One Step Beyond

The Garden Festival returns for its 9th year in 2014 on the beautiful Dalmatian coastline, creating a slice of true paradise in Tisno once again. Uniting music lovers, festival friends, and holiday seekers from across the world, The Garden is a unique experience under the sizzling sun and star-speckled night sky. With three stages, twice daily Argonaughty and Arbiana boat parties, and the breathtaking fully open-air Barbarella’s Discotheque, the stunning setting is a playground for those seeking escape and sanctuary from normality. The site features a wide range of accommodation options, with the coastal village of Tisno offering further villas, apartments, hotels, and a wide range of lovely food and drink, with islands, national parks, and historic cities all close by.     

And with an ever-expanding family of partners and crews, The Garden Festival is very proud to announce who will be taking over the Argonaughty, Arbiana, and Barbarella’s in July. Beats In Space, Resident Advisor, Futureboogie, Sunset Sound System, Crazy P vs El Diablos, Edible, Flux, Hidden Agenda, Just Jack, Bad Passion Project, Krankbrother, Kontrapunkt, Last Waltz, Leftfoot, Louche, One Records, Ransom Note, The Great Outdoors, The Pool, Tief, Underbron and Wolf Music will be sound-tracking the idyllic days, balmy nights and hands-in-the-air sunrises. The secret island party also returns in 2014, and the first round of guest DJs and live acts will be announced in January.

With The Garden in bloom for 2014, Love Save’s The Day’s Dave Harvey and Tom Paine are joining the family for 2014 and beyond. Having fallen in love with The Garden and Croatia since day one and helped shape the bookings for the last few years, now the guys are joining the team as full partners, joining Nick, Eddie, Charlotte, and Gail. “It’s a real honor to get asked to be a bigger part of The Garden - it’s a really special place for both of us, and we think with a few further tweaks it’s gonna be even better next year, we can’t wait!” The guys are also assistant programmers for The Wow stage and Silver Hayes at Glastonbury.

News will be announced in the New Year too as The Garden Get Together Tour returns, once more taking in many of the UK’s and Europe’s coolest clubs. Working with some of the esteemed partners who will be in Tisno in July, the tour offers the chance for some early Croatian sunshine from special guests and residents.

The Garden Festival and Electric Elephant are also proud to announce their third Double Whammy collaboration too, with tickets available from the website at an amazing £150 for both festivals! Following on straight after The Garden, Electric Elephant offers 5 days of amazing music under the sun and stars, with the first round of guests to be announced shortly. Electric Elephant runs from 10 - 14 July 2014.

Tisno is situated right between Zadar and Split airports, with lots of flights from Europe to each. Keep checking for deals to Croatia on airlines including Ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2, Wizz Air, German Wings, and Croatia Airlines, as fares have now been released and there are some real early bargains to be had.
