Having recently collaborated with Disciples and Anabel Englund, this release marks Lee Foss's first appearance on Repopulate Mars in 2020. Joining him is Eddy M, a resident for both elrow and Solid Grooves events and a producer with releases on labels like DIRTYBIRD and Solid Grooves Records.

I felt it was important there was a song on Repopulate that addresses the urgency and importance of social distancing as the world faces COVID19... The world is changing rapidly and we're facing a changing relationship with nature and society, hopefully, this song addresses those issues both seriously and with care.

From the word go, "Social Distancing" is a bonafide banger built on a rumbling bassline, which paves the way for a captivating groove that comes complete with delayed effects and a distorted melody. By the midway point, all of the track's elements are reduced to nothing, making way for a suspenseful spoken word segment before erupting back into bedlam.
