With previous releases from Christopher Rau, Baby Ford, Move D and Roman Flügel to name just a few, Unclear Records has quickly established itself as a key label to watch within the realms of House and Techno. Next up the label welcomes UK duo Jordan Bruce and Larry Jones aka Yard One, who make their debut following support from the likes of Gunnar Haslam, Anthony Parasole and Bambounou, and a series of releases and remixes on Diffuse Reality and their own Tact Recordings imprint. The EP also features a remix from Italian DJ/producer Simoncino, who’s catalogue includes releases on esteemed labels L.I.E.S, Crème Organization and Mathematics Recordings.

Title cut ‘Karman Line’ elegantly eases listeners into the EP with an combination of stylish chords coupled with blossoming multi-layered melodies, before Italy’s Simoncino delivers his alternative, with driving kicks, crisp snares and an entrancing lead line all combining to deliver an altogether darker and moodier affair.

On the flip, ‘Journey To The Border’ incorporates a smooth blend of organic percussion patterns, delicate pads and interjecting glitches and pops throughout it’s near seven-minute duration, whilst blossoming DJ/producer and vocalist Maya Schenk lays down a series of hypnotic vocals over rich synth lines and entrancing swells on ‘Yen’, shaping up yet another excellent package from the guys at Unclear Records.
